Pastor Gilbert Carthigasu is the founder/director of One New Man Asia; a ministry dedicated to reconnecting the church with her roots in Israel whilst maintaining a balanced walk, i.e. helping non-Jews to love Israel without actually becoming Jewish. He was formerly the Senior Pastor of Shekinah Foursquare Church and also National Representative of the Foursquare Church of Singapore. He also studied in Youth With A Mission's School of Jewish Studies in Richmond, Virginia. Today he is often invited to teach in this school which is presently held in Tauranga, New Zealand.

He ministers in many churches of different denominations in Singapore as well as speaking at Pastors' conferences in different Asian nations. He has been to Israel several times and led groups as both the Spiritual leader and Tour leader. Most of all he has a deep love for Israel as a nation, a people and the land itself.
